On Oovoo My Picture Comes Up As A Cat My Video Camera Isnt Working?

My video camera isnt working? - on oovoo my picture comes up as a cat

I have an account that is ooVoo for video chat, and when I try to connect with Soemon in it, something comes out that my advanced FX engine was broken. I do not know what to do. The videos can not, and I can not stop chaat video, but my camera work in British Columbia, Dell was taking photos from my webcam. i tryed to diagnose the problem if it appears, but still nothing. Please help. I have a Dell Inspiron 1525. thankss
